Everything on this page belongs to a real practice that agreed to be quoted. Where a client asked not to be named, we say so rather than inventing one. This page is short on purpose — it will grow as clients reach the four-month mark and agree to go on the record.

"After adopting this system, I have no problem in giving appointments to my patients any time of the day. 24/7 my system is available. My patients always get information about my clinic, about the diseases I treat. With this hybrid system, I have an excellent approach towards the appointment of my patients. I am very easy and very happy after adopting the Clinairo system."
Some practices are happy to be quoted but would rather not advertise which tools they use. We publish what they said and label it honestly, rather than attaching a plausible-sounding name to it.
The follow-up is the part I didn't know I was missing. We were fine at answering the phone. We were terrible at week two.
My front desk stopped dreading the phone. That was worth it before we counted anything else.
Because we won't fill it with names that don't exist. Earlier versions of this website carried testimonials from practices we had invented, and we took them down. If you have ever searched a vendor's testimonial and found nothing, you know exactly why that matters.
Our rule now: a real client, a real practice, written permission, and numbers they have reviewed before we publish them. It makes for a shorter page today and a defensible one in every sales conversation.
Run the consult audit and we'll come back with your figures broken down properly — your practice, not an industry average.
